Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi (October 4th)

St. Francis of Assisi was known for his love of people, animals and the environment.

He wasn’t always on the path of a saint, but his life led him to The Lord, a life of Love.  He was called by Lord Jesus to rebuild the church and did so in a loving way by caring for life.

October 4th is the Feast Day to honor St. Francis of Assisi, who lived from 1182 to October 3rd 1226.
